Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is; The aim is to provide students with comprehensive theoretical knowledge regarding the health diagnosis of healthy and sick adult individuals and to provide them with the ability to collect objective and subjective data.
Course Objective: The aim of this course is; To learn health assessment for nursing care, taking health history for nursing care, physical examination skills, preparation for physical evaluation, general evaluation, evaluation of physiological systems for nursing care, recording and analysis of nursing data.
