1) Explains the fundamental principles of finance, financial and managerial accounting tools, analytical finance techniques, and financial control mechanisms; and defines their roles within the functional structure of organizations and corporate decision-making processes.
2) Explains the fundamental principles of management, organizational behavior, and leadership processes, as well as the impact of formal and informal relationships and organizational structures on business performance.
3) Interprets the Turkish legal system and business and commercial laws in both national and international contexts through case-based analysis.

4) Evaluates business organizations from the perspectives of finance, marketing, production, human resources, and foreign trade functions, and solves business problems through an integrated and holistic approach.

6) Integrates the effects of social, economic, and legal structures into strategic decision-making processes and applies them in both national and global contexts.
7) Designs and manages marketing strategies, product/service development, and production processes in line with customer satisfaction and operational efficiency objectives.
