PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

The aim of the Istanbul Kent University Business Administration Turkish Undergraduate Program is to educate individuals who are knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in areas such as management, finance, marketing, accounting, and human resources in the national and international business world; equipped with strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and leadership skills; committed to ethical values, highly aware of social responsibility, and open to lifelong learning.

The educational objectives of the program are as follows:

PEA-1: Within the first five years after graduation, our graduates work in the private and public sectors as finance specialists, accounting specialists, financial analysts, or auditors, playing an active role in the financial planning, reporting, and control processes of these institutions.

PEA-2: Within the first five years after graduation, our graduates work in the private sector as marketing specialists, sales specialists, brand specialists, or business development specialists, carrying out strategic activities aimed at market development, brand management, and revenue generation in national and international markets.

PEA-3: Within the first five years after graduation, our graduates work in the private and public sectors as human resources specialists, team leaders, project coordinators, or operations managers, taking responsibility for the planning, coordination, and management of organizational processes.

PEA-4: Within the first five years after graduation, our graduates work in the private and public sectors as management trainees, specialists, or project managers, ensuring the effective and efficient execution of corporate processes within a legal and managerial framework.

PEA-5: Within the first five years after graduation, our graduates take on roles as process improvement specialists, R&D specialists, or business development specialists in manufacturing, service, or technology sectors, or they establish their own businesses as entrepreneurs and develop innovative business models.
