Course Objectives: | To be able to explain and evaluate the sources and basic concepts of the Law of Obligations with their own words. |
Course Objective: | In the content of the course, the basic concepts of the law of obligations, the explanation of the concepts of tort, unjust enrichment and contract, which are the sources of debt, by examining the precedents of the Supreme Court, to give information about the current developments in the law of obligations. To give examples from comparative law. |
