Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: İş hukukuna dair kavram, uygulama ve prosedürleri bilmek
Course Objective: Öğrencinin çalışma yaşamına girdiğinde karşılaşabileceği sorunları çözmesi için gerekli olan temel bilgi ve
kavramları, haklarının neler olduğunu vermek, haklarına sahip çıkma, gerektiğinde yargı mercilerinde dava
açabilmeleri için gerekli prosedürü bilmek.
