Course Objectives: | To explain the basic concepts related to Behavioral Sciences and to understand the basic dynamics with knowledge in the field of behavioral sciences, to have information about the factors that shape human behavior. Understanding the underlying causes of behavior in relation to people in the work environment, their colleagues, work groups and organizations. Gaining the necessary theoretical equipment to detect and improve the negativities. |
Course Objective: | To be able to explain the basics of behavioral sciences, to understand the social, psychological and group factors that shape human behavior. To know subjects such as personality, learning, communication, motivation, perception, group behavior, social influence and conformity. |
