Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To explain the basic concepts in the field of Human Resources Planning, to understand the basic theories and approaches, historical development and current practices, to gain knowledge and skills in the field of human resources planning.
Course Objective: To understand the importance of human resources planning in terms of human resources management, to be able to explain the relationship between human resource planning and business functions.

  1) Understands the basic concepts in the field of Human Resource Planning. Explains the importance of Human Resources Planning in the business. Understands the methods of Human Resources Planning.

  1) Evaluates and applies Human Resources Planning information within the framework of the Business Management. Relates Human Resources Planning issues with an analytical and holistic perspective.
Competences (Described as "Ability of the learner to apply knowledge and skills autonomously with responsibility", "Learning to learn"," Communication and social" and "Field specific" competences.)
  1) Apply the knowledge and experience gained in the field of Human Resources Planning in business life. Can work independently and take responsibility. Uses the theoretical gains obtained in the education process for practical purposes.
  2) Conveys his/her thoughts through written and verbal communication at the level of basic knowledge and skills on subjects related to his/her field.

Program Outcomes
