Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to present the basic principles of CBT theory and practice; To convey CBT theory, basic principles and logic, case evaluation and formulation, behavioral and cognitive intervention techniques.
Course Objective: The primary goal is to teach the basic information and necessary techniques about the course.

  1) 1-Will be able to define the basic assumptions and principles of CIS, summarize the historical development of CIS. 2-Will be able to convey the basic principles of therapy planning, session structuring and termination of therapy.
Skills (Describe as Cognitive and/or Practical Skills.)
  1) 1-Defines the distinguishing features of the CBT Model. 2-Will be able to define the basic skills of the CBT Therapist and the criteria for the client's compliance with CBT.
Competences (Described as "Ability of the learner to apply knowledge and skills autonomously with responsibility", "Learning to learn"," Communication and social" and "Field specific" competences.)
  1) 1-Defines and explains behavioral and cognitive intervention techniques. 2-Evaluate and formulate the CBT case in general terms.
