Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: Within the scope of this course, commercial law issues will be examined under the main headings of commercial enterprise law, partnership law and negotiable instruments law.
Course Objective: Within the scope of the Turkish Commercial Code, the subjects of commercial law, commercial enterprise, commercial work, merchant, intellectual and industrial property rights, unfair competition, protection of competition, ordinary companies, commercial companies, types of negotiable instruments and bills of exchange (bonds, bills of exchange and checks) will be examined.

  1) To be able to use the theoretical and practical basic knowledge acquired in the field of commercial law and to relate it to the knowledge acquired in other areas of the business.
