Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: It is to support individuals to experience a healthy development and maturation process in these important periods. By focusing on self-awareness, social and emotional skills, values, and moral principles, these courses help individuals discover themselves, interact effectively with others, and adopt a healthy lifestyle. In this way, counseling courses during the preconception period create a solid foundation to strengthen individuals' future lives.
Course Objective: Pregnancy is an important process in which the mental and emotional needs of the expectant mother, as well as her physical health, are taken into consideration. Counseling during the preconception period provides support and guidance to expectant mothers during this period. Its primary goal is to ensure that expectant mothers prepare for the pregnancy process and have a healthy pregnancy. This course supports expectant mothers to be both physically and spiritually prepared and to adapt to the changes brought by pregnancy.

  1) It is the understanding and application of pre-pregnancy health information by expectant mothers.
  2) Preparation for the pregnancy process: It includes preparation steps such as pre-pregnancy checks, nutritional arrangements and exercise plans in order to ensure that expectant mothers are physically, emotionally and psychologically prepared for the pregnancy process.
  3) Identification and management of risk factors: Identifying possible risk factors and developing strategies to cope with these risks through pre-pregnancy health checks of expectant mothers are part of this achievement.
