Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to provide students with the fundamental principles and practices related to the care of elderly individuals, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to support the health and well-being of the elderly.
Course Objective: Understand the physiological and psychosocial characteristics of elderly individuals.
Grasp the ethical principles and professional standards in elderly care.
Develop the ability to create a safe and supportive environment for elderly individuals.
Acquire the skill to design appropriate exercise and activity programs to improve the quality of life for elderly individuals.
Gain the ability to integrate current research in elderly care into practical applications.
