Course Objectives: | To have knowledge about microorganisms. Recognise and classify bacteria. To have knowledge about Gram staining. Recognise moulds and yeasts, to have information about their properties. To know the mode of reproduction of microorganisms. |
Course Objective: | To comprehend microorganisms, morphology of bacteria, yeasts and moulds, reproduction, nutritional properties, chemical structures, food and microorganism relations, indicator microorganisms, killing of microorganisms. |
