Course Objective: | Introduction to the definition of health, basic elements of health, introduction to the concepts of physical activity, exercise, and sports. Learning methods for determining physical fitness in both healthy individuals and patients. The importance and benefits of exercise education, indications, contraindications, and risks in exercise education, principles of exercise education. Physical activity and exercise practices that can be done for a healthy lifestyle. |
