Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To evaluate the internal and external environmental factors affecting businesses, to develop the necessary analysis ability to ensure the adaptation of the business to the environment.
Course Objective: To provide a holistic perspective on the business and to determine a strategy through various environmental and company analyzes.
