Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: Within the scope of the course, students will discover their entrepreneurial characteristics, be aware of what personal skills and competencies they should have or develop, what are the resources needed to start a business, how to manage these resources, how to develop a new business idea and how to prepare a business model for this idea. It is aimed that they learn and project the information they have learned on a business idea of their own choice.
Course Objective: The course aims to produce value-added ideas that will create business opportunities for both those who want to start their own business in the future and who will work in the future.

Knowledge (Described as Theoritical and/or Factual Knowledge.)
  1) 1. Being aware of the components, requirements of entrepreneurship and the criteria to be an entrepreneur, questions their own entrepreneurial characteristics. 2. Discovers the characteristics of entrepreneurs in inspiring successful entrepreneurship stories, learns how to improve their motivation.
Skills (Describe as Cognitive and/or Practical Skills.)
  1) 1. Learns the methods to be used to develop a creative business idea. 2. Gain knowledge of what are the components that make up an enterprise and how to manage it in a harmonious manner. Designs these components practically on a sample project.
Competences (Described as "Ability of the learner to apply knowledge and skills autonomously with responsibility", "Learning to learn"," Communication and social" and "Field specific" competences.)
  1) 1. Learns strategic and planned approach to business processes, evaluation with different criteria and developing alternatives in this direction. 2. Gain knowledge about the entrepreneurship ecosystem. 3. Learns the business idea and model development process.

Program Outcomes
1) Acquires basic theoretical and applied knowledge about physiotherapy.
2) Has knowledge of ethical principles and rules in physiotherapy practices.
3) Uses the theoretical and applied knowledge at the relevant basic level in physiotherapy clinics.
4) He/she carries out a given task independently by using the basic knowledge he/she has in physiotherapy clinical practices.
