Course Objectives: | In this course, students will gain knowledge about transferring information about management in nursing services into practice. |
Course Objective: | Ability to learn Nursing Philosophy, Mission, Vision and Goals Ability to learn hospital and nursing services organizational structures and organizational principles Ability to use communication techniques effectively Ability to use scientific problem solving approach in managerial problems Ability to lead change in practices such as total quality management Understanding the importance of leadership in nursing services management Ability to learn leadership and concepts related to leadership Ability to learn new leadership approaches |

1) Interpreting nursing services management according to the principles and theories of management science. Understanding the roles and functions of the manager nurse - Using techniques that assist management.
