Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To know the metabolic pathways that occur in the unit structure (cell) of the human body smaller than 200 nm.
Course Objective: To comprehend the structures of the human body and the reactions related to metabolism in the direction of construction and destruction.

  1) 1) Explain the formation and storage of energy. 2) Knows the structures and metabolisms of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids taken with nutrition. 3) Can explain water metabolism and its effects. 4) Explains the importance of pH in the body. Knows and explains the ketogenic diet. 5) Explain the effects of enzymes. 6) Defines the structure and metabolism of hemoglobin. 7) Knows the mechanism of action of hormones.

  1) 1) Theoretical knowledge and applications taken in this course, . use in clinical courses, patient diagnosis and treatment. 2) Applies some laboratory tests related to various case samples and interprets the results.

  1) It gains the ability to work independently.
  2) The ability to question develops. Establishes the cause-effect relationship.

  4) Uses the learned information in other basic and clinical science courses.
