Course Objectives: | This course serves as an accessible introduction to the fundamental concepts of Discourse Analysis. Students will explore the ways language functions in written and spoken forms. Through a series of online lessons and assessments, learners will gain insights into the various dimensions of discourse, including genres, critical discourse analysis, and the impact of technology. The course is designed to be approachable yet informative, making it suitable for students who may not have prior experience in linguistic analysis. |
