Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: o comprehend the theoretical and practical knowledge about Quality, Total Quality Management (TQM) and Quality Standards in Health, and to know accreditation and lean tools. Becoming familiar with quality awareness.
Course Objective: Explaining quality awareness. Defining total quality management. Explaining quality standards. Explaining accreditation and lean tools.
