Course Objectives: | The Ottoman Culture and Civilization course aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the rich cultural heritage of the Ottoman Empire. The course will cover various aspects of the empire's contributions to art, architecture, literature, and music, offering a comprehensive exploration of its cultural achievements. Students will also delve into the social structure of Ottoman society, examining family life, the education system, and daily life to uncover the dynamics that shaped the empire.
