Course Objectives: |
By learning deep, comprehensive and holistic breathing, they learn to adequately meet the energy needs of their cells and to use their emotional, intellectual, movement bodies and potentials at the highest level.
Conscious breathing allows you to create an inner path into yourself. Breathing is the most important activity to achieve physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Many people are not aware of their breathing at all. By learning to be aware of the breath, by learning to consciously watch the movement in one's own inner body, many new insights can be gained about the relationship between breath and inner and outer life. |
Course Objective: |
To provide healing and renewal from the inside out by balancing the body and mind. Breathing techniques increase the oxygen level in the body, supporting cell renewal and a more vibrant and radiant appearance of the skin. At the same time, internal health is strengthened by reducing stress and balancing hormones. This process can have positive effects on skin health, energy levels and overall quality of life. As a result, correct breathing habits initiate a natural healing process in terms of both health and beauty. |

|
3) Breathing techniques help restore hormonal balance in the body, which can improve skin health, support weight control, and enhance overall physical well-being.
