Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To teach students basic principles and a detailled background of Turkish constitutional history starting from the late Ottoman period until today.
Course Objective: Raising students who are aware of Turkish Constitutionalism's main concepts, discussions, and dynamics as well as to direct them to question existing frameworks and parameters.
