Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: Students gain an understanding of the methods used to make institutions, industry, and organizational environments more efficient and more satisfying for employees. They also learn how problems in the field of industrial and organizational psychology are conceptualized and gain knowledge on how to enhance employee motivation.
Course Objective: The objective of this course is to enable students to understand the core concepts of industrial and organizational psychology, develop the ability to analyze behavioral processes in the workplace, identify factors that influence employee motivation, and propose solutions to organizational problems. Additionally, the course aims to equip students with knowledge and evaluative skills on topics such as leadership, stress, burnout, organizational change, and personnel selection.
