Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge and skills to enhance individuals' levels of physical fitness by teaching the concepts, principles, and applications of physical fitness for health.
Course Objective: Define the concept of physical fitness and analyze its effects on health.
Apply measurement tools and techniques used to determine physical fitness levels.
Evaluate the benefits and risks of physical activity on health.
Design individualized physical fitness programs tailored to specific needs.
Analyze current research emphasizing the importance of physical fitness for health.
