Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To know the concept of crisis, the reasons for its emergence, the strategies to be followed, crisis management and communication.
Course Objective: To know the crisis types, stages, organization towards crisis, proactive and reactive approach, importance of communication and public relations in crisis management. To explain the crises within the framework of examples.
