| Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to teach students the fundamental concepts, processes, and strategic importance of supply chain management. Students will understand the integration between procurement, production, warehousing, distribution, and logistics activities, gaining knowledge and skills in managing global supply chains efficiently. |
