Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To equip students with the ability to analyze ethical dilemmas they may encounter in professional life and to make appropriate decisions in such situations. Additionally, the course aims to develop students' competence in communicating effectively with stakeholders on issues related to ethics and social responsibility. It also seeks to enhance their ability to understand, evaluate, and contribute to the development of social responsibility projects in the business context.
Course Objective: This course aims to enable students to recognize and analyze ethical issues that may arise in professional life and to make decisions in accordance with ethical principles. Furthermore, it is designed to develop students’ understanding of corporate social responsibility, foster ethical awareness in business environments, and enhance their ability to communicate responsibly and effectively with stakeholders. The course also supports students in gaining the competence to design and implement sustainable social responsibility projects.

  1) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: - Define and apply ethical decision-making processes. - Analyze ethical issues encountered in professional life. - Develop social responsibility awareness and design related projects. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders within an ethical framework. - Evaluate concepts of social impact and sustainability. - Work independently and take initiative in individual or group settings. - Identify personal learning needs and demonstrate openness to self-development. - Express ideas clearly and engage with diverse stakeholders respectfully. - Interpret CSR principles and integrate ethical leadership into organizational practice. - Apply legal frameworks related to business ethics on national and international levels.
