Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: The aim of the Project Management course is to train individuals with effective project management skills by learning the methods and techniques required for planning, executing, monitoring and successful completion of projects.
Course Objective: The goal of the Project Management course is to enable students to understand project management processes and gain the ability to successfully manage projects on time and within budget.
