Course Objectives: | The phenomenon underlying the most important developments in the world in the last two centuries is the idea of nationalism. The concept of nation, which is the basic basis of modern state and society structure, is the manifestation of nationalist thought. Therefore, in the context of shaping borders and societies today, the theoretical course "Ethnic Problems and Nationalism" is considered useful. |
Course Objective: | 1) To explain the ideology of nationalism. 2) To inform students about the nation, ethnicity, ethnic conflicts and typologies of nationalism. 3) To develop an analytical perspective on nationalism and ethnic problems. |

1) To have conceptual and theoretical background in international relations, international politics, public administration and social sciences in general; to be able to apply their knowledge in these fields. |
