Course Objectives: | To know the basic concepts related to the care of healthy/sick individuals, to understand the philosophy, roles and functions of nursing. |
Course Objective: | To know the concepts of Human, Environment, Health and Disease and to explain the relationship of these concepts with nursing. To know and adopt the philosophy of nursing. To know Nursing Theory and Theorists. To know the roles and responsibilities of the nurse and the professionalization process. Knowing evidence-based nursing interventions. Knowing the concept of team and embracing teamwork. Knowing how to define stress and how to cope with stress. Establishing a relationship between public health nursing and the conceptual and theoretical structure of nursing |
