| Course Objectives: | To know the basic concepts related to the care of healthy/sick individuals, to understand the philosophy, roles and functions of nursing. |

To know Nursing Theory and Theorists. To know the roles and responsibilities of the nurse and the professionalization process. Knowing evidence-based nursing interventions.
