Course Objectives: |
The aim of this course is to teach the concepts of general deficiency, disability, disability, physical and mental disability status and indicators, to give up-to-date information on childhood-adolescent-adult period disability health and nutrition, and to provide nutritional disorders seen in individuals with physical and mental disabilities, evaluation of nutritional status, determination of nutritional needs, and development of solutions to problems related to nutrition. |
Course Objective: |
To learn the approaches to protect the health of physically and mentally disabled individuals, to understand the nutritional disorders observed in physically and mentally disabled individuals, to determine the nutritional status of these individuals and to develop appropriate nutrition programs specific to the individual by knowing the energy-nutrient requirements and to use special nutrition methods according to the situation. |
