Course Objectives: | Course Objectives is; Students will be able to interpret pharmacology and drug concepts, learn general concepts related to drug licensing, interpret basic concepts such as pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, drug mechanisms, drug interactions, drug administration routes, drug safety, pharmacogenetics, and drug therapy management, antibiotics, antifungal, and antiviral drugs. To be able to classify general concepts about CNS and central nervous system-related diseases, to classify general anesthetics, local anesthetics, CNS stimulants, drugs used in pain management and alcoholism treatment, antipsychotic, antiepileptic, antidepressant, sedative-hypnotic, anxiolytic, Parkinson and dementia treatment. To be able to classify and interpret drugs used, to classify respiratory, renal, and gastrointestinal system diseases and drugs used in the treatment of these diseases, and to teach the harms of smoking and smoking cessation treatments. to enable them to interpret it. |
