Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: Understanding the underlying causes of behaviour of their self, their colleagues, work groups and organizations in the work environment
Gaining the necessary theoritical knowledge to detect and improve negativities.


Course Objective: To gain knowledge on subjects such as learning, communication, motivation, thinkers, leadership, group behavior and evaluation.
