1) The touch of a reflexologist can help calm the central nervous system, promote relaxation and other benefits, just like any form of massage.
Sometimes the brain reacts to physical pain. It is observed that reflexology can reduce pain with calming touches, which in turn can help improve mood and reduce stress.
