Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To have knowledge about Specific Learning Disorders, to be able to make case studies and to evaluate specific learning disorders in the context of speaking language.
Course Objective: To be able to understand the connection between developmental language disorder and specific learning disorder, To understand the role of speech and language therapist, to learn language and speech therapy specific learning disorders intervention

  1) Knows what knowledge and skills a speech and language therapist should have about Specific Learning Disorders and develops skills to use this information.

  1) Makes the necessary diagnosis, evaluation and intervention to the client who comes with Specific Learning Disorders.

  1) Selects the appropriate intervention program for the client.
