Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To gain scientific knowledge and skills about public health nursing's philosophy, related concepts, history, public health by addressing public health nursing at the universal and national level.
Course Objective: As a member of the health team, to be able to identify the priority health problems of individuals, families and community groups in the fields of public health nursing.
To be able to plan a program for the community.
To be able to explain the concepts of health protection and promotion.
Gaining knowledge about the field and transferring it to practice.
To provide health education related to the field.
Beginning with the construction of a problem related to nursing care in the field, independently, developing and solving a solution management, applying the results and presenting them in writing and orally.
