Course Objectives: | To gain basic psychology knowledge and critical thinking skills. It is aimed to teach the psychological and sociological aspects of human behavior. |
Course Objective: | To acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge on the basic concepts of psychology, social influence and conformity behavior, attitudes, personality, perception and learning, communication at the individual, group and organizational level, culture and organizational culture, groups and group dynamics, motivation, leadership. |
