Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: Ethical awareness, the competence and responsibility of acting ethically, ethical principles, rules and models in social work studies, the problems and struggles faced by social workers, the reconciliation of the concepts of human rights and social justice, which form the basis of the social work profession, with an ethical approach. The aim is to provide information to students.
Course Objective: Analysis of social work ethics and values, the effect of social work ethical principles and values on applications to be made at the client, community and institution level, teaching case examples in ethical practice, acting in accordance with ethical rules in service delivery.
