PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM:

The aim of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Non-Thesis Master's Program is to train scientists who have knowledge of international gastronomy literature and practice and aim to bring innovation to the academy and food and beverage industry.

DEGREE AWARDED:

The students who successfully complete the program are awarded the degree of Yüksek Lisans .

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:

1- Master's program without thesis; Equivalent to 70 ECTS and 30 credits

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING:

1) Üniversitedekilı bir enstitü anabilim dalı/enstitüde dalı veya başka bir yükseköğretim olabilirin lisansüstütü anasanat tasarımı küçük en az tamamlanmış olan başarılı, lisansüstü programlara yatay geçiş başvurusunda bulunulur.

(2) Başka bir üniversiteye bağlı enstitülerin birinden üniversitenin bir üniversitesüne benzer şekilde olan ve benzerliği kurulacak olan programlardan yatay geçiş yapmak isteyenler, okulye kabul edilebilir olmaları için ilköğretim okulunda en az bir yarıyılüstü lisansüstü eğitimden satın alınır, satın alınan tüm eğitimden başarılı bir şekilde seçilir. ve geçiş yapmak için lisansüstü programlara öğrenci kabul etmek istersin olması gerekir. 3) It establishes relationships between the field and information, theories and models in related disciplines and combines information.
4) Knowledge, theories, models, etc. in the field and related disciplines. uses and develops when conducting research or designing and managing service processes.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AND RULES PRESENTED IN THE PROGRAM:

The student who has a master's degree with thesis; Even if he/she has passed all his/her courses, his/her GPA cannot be less than 2.50 to qualify for graduation. He is obliged to take repeat or new courses until he meets the average requirement.

EXAMS, MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION:

(1) Exams; It consists of a quiz, midterm, final exam, make-up exam and a make-up exam instead of the midterm exam.
(2) Exams; written exam, test exam and/or can be done verbally, homework, project, seminar work or applied, provided that it is documented.
(3) Exams are held according to the program prepared by the relevant department and approved and announced by the institute, excluding short exams. Student ID cards are required to take the exams.
(4) Exams are not held outside the university buildings. However, with the decision of the related institute administrative board, the exams made within the framework of distance education based on information and communication technologies can also be held outside the University buildings.
(5) The make-up exam is the exam held at the end of the semester in which the course is taught, for students who have fulfilled the conditions specified in this Regulation to take the final exam and failed the final exam, and for students who failed the final exam at the end of the semester. For each failed course, a make-up exam is granted.
