PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM:

This program is designed for preparatory studies whether in business or outside the field. The purpose of the program; To set an example in education for education, it can be used to plan those clinics that can provide detailed information about them. Theoretical and guided information about the programs is given, and analytical and systems thinking can be acquired from international business practices. The program is to have knowledge of international business as well as national business for globalization and to benefit from the purchasing phase.

DEGREE AWARDED:

The students who successfully complete the program are awarded the degree of Yüksek Lisans .

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

General admission requirements for Turkish and foreign students apply to start the program.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:

İlgili programdan mezun olacak öğrenci aşağıdaki şartları yerine getirmek durumundadır:
The student must have succeeded in the thesis work with a total of not less than 60 ECTS credits, at least 7 courses, a seminar course, a specialty course and 60 ECTS credits, and get a grade of at least YT, CC or above in all courses taken GPA must be at least 2.50 out of 4.00

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING:

1.)Successful students who have completed at least one semester, excluding scientific preparation, in a graduate program of an institute at the university or in another higher education institution, can apply to graduate programs through horizontal transfer.

(2) Those who want to transfer from one of the institutes affiliated to another university from a program similar to an institute of the university and whose equivalence has been approved by the relevant board, in order to be accepted to the institute, they have completed at least one semester of graduate education in the institute where the student first entered, and have been successful in all of the courses they have taken. and must have fulfilled the student admission requirements for the graduate programs they wish to transfer to. Those who continue to the master's program without thesis can apply to the master's program with thesis, provided that they fulfill the minimum requirements for the master's program with thesis, if they are included in the quota determined in the application, they are entitled to enroll in the thesis master's program. In this case, the courses taken in the non-thesis master's program can be substituted for the courses in the thesis master's program with the decision of the institute board of directors.

(3) The same conditions are sought for lateral transfers between the institutes and departments of the university and between the thesis and non-thesis master's programs.

(4) Which of the courses taken by these students will be counted towards the relevant graduate program is determined by the recommendation of the relevant department head and the decision of the institute board of directors. The evaluations on the equivalence of the courses that these students have taken and succeeded in the programs are made by a committee appointed by the head of the relevant department.

PROGRAM QUALIFICATION:

1) Uses the terminology in the field of international business effectively.
2) Students will be able to comprehend the interdisciplinary nature of international business and deepen their knowledge in one of these disciplines.
3) They apply the knowledge and techniques acquired in the program in the multinational enterprises where they work.
4) Students will be able to analyze, interpret and evaluate information related to the field of international business analytically and systematically.
5) Students will be able to comprehend the importance of the international dimension in managerial decisions and will be able to interpret and analyze data, identify problems and propose solutions by using the knowledge they have acquired.
6) Students will be able to carry out a study on subjects that require expertise in a specialized field of international business, individually or in teams, who will be able to comprehend all its stages.
7) Students will be able to take part in various projects carried out in the field of international business as a project manager or participant in accordance with the project objectives.
8) Evaluates their knowledge and skills with a critical perspective on an international platform.
9) Can convey the original ideas and suggestions they have produced regarding the field in written/oral form in scientific environments.
10) You can use the terminology in the field of international business effectively and can communicate verbally and in writing in a foreign language using at least the European Language Portfolio B2 General Level.
11) Students will be able to evaluate their work in a specific field of international business within the scope of scientific ethics, sustainability, international environmental sensitivity and cultural diversity and will be able to make an original contribution to the field with their thesis or studies.
12) Analyzes the relations of multinational enterprises with internal-external environmental factors.
13) Uses a foreign language at least at the B2 General Level of the European Language Portfolio.

EXAMS, MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION:

The final grade of the students is evaluated by the instructor with one of the following letter grades for each course they take. Issues related to graduate programs' attendance, conditions for being successful in the exam, course repetition, objection to the exam grade and correction of the exam result by the lecturer are carried out in accordance with the principles determined by the Senate. The grade distribution and letter equivalents showing the success of the credit courses are shown below:
