PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
The aim of the program is to follow the national and international developments and new technologies related to the profession, which is based on a strong international trade theoretical infrastructure and supported by close connections with the business world, has advanced knowledge and skills, can work in teams with staff from other disciplines, constantly develops itself with the philosophy of continuous education. Our aim is to raise individuals who can use them in the best way, are prone to teamwork, are researchers and can manage the current situation by reading the future.
Program Educational Objectives:
1. Our undergraduate graduates are aware of the current needs and requirements of the field and innovations in the field of international trade and logistics, aware of professional ethics and rules; they operate against all kinds of discrimination and respectful of differences, within the framework of professional and social responsibility.
2. Our graduates can work in the field of international trade and logistics and related fields in the public sector or in national and international businesses such as banks, logistics companies, export-import companies as experts and managers who are competent in their fields, care about ethical values and teamwork, and know occupational health and safety rules and responsibilities.
3. Students who graduate from our program can establish their own companies in the international trade and logistics sectors, plan future development goals, take precautions against risks, and contribute to economic development by adopting sustainability principles.
4. Our graduates, by providing the necessary additional conditions, can provide consultancy and advisory services by sharing the expertise and current innovative knowledge required in the field of international trade and logistics in accordance with ethical rules and legal regulations.
5. They can continue their academic careers by doing master's and doctoral studies in Turkey or abroad, with an innovative and investigative approach in the basic field of international trade and logistics and other related fields, with the mission of transforming the knowledge and technology they produce into social contribution.
