Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to explain the theoretical basis of Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and its place in practice. In addition, these therapy approaches aim to develop counseling and psychotherapy skills.
Course Objective: In this course, it is aimed to teach how to make case arrangements and techniques in Emotional and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.
