Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To explain the basic concepts in the field of management and organization, to introduce basic theories and approaches, to provide an understanding of the basic functions of management, its historical development and today's practices, to gain knowledge and skills in today's contemporary management field.

To comprehend the basic function and historical development of management,
To recognize management theory and approaches, basic functions of management,
To be able to evaluate current approaches and practices in the field of management within the framework of management science.
