Course Objectives: | To explain the basic concepts in the field of management and organization, to introduce basic theories and approaches, to provide an understanding of the basic functions of management, its historical development and today's practices, to gain knowledge and skills in today's contemporary management field. |
Course Objective: | To know the basic concepts of Management and Organization and their relationship with other disciplines, To comprehend the basic function and historical development of management, To recognize management theory and approaches, basic functions of management, To be able to evaluate current approaches and practices in the field of management within the framework of management science. |
