Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives:	To explain the practices in the business environment within the framework of different psychological and social processes and theories and approaches that affect behavior in the business environment, To explain the basic concepts in the field of Work Psychology, to recognize the basic functions and approaches, to gain knowledge and skills in today's contemporary field of work psychology by emphasizing its historical development and current practices, To provide an understanding of the psychological and social processes that affect human behavior in working life, business and industrial environments.
Course Objective:	To learn the basic concepts of work psychology and its relation with other scientific fields, To learn the basic function and historical development, To know the theory and approaches, basic functions, To be able to evaluate current approaches and practices in the field of work psychology within the framework of Occupational Health and Safety, To be able to offer solutions to different problems that may be encountered at the individual, group and organizational level in business environments,
