Course Objectives: |
To explain the practices in the business environment within the framework of different psychological and social processes and theories and approaches that affect behavior in the business environment,
To explain the basic concepts in the field of Work Psychology, to recognize the basic functions and approaches, to gain knowledge and skills in today's contemporary field of work psychology by emphasizing its historical development and current practices,
To provide an understanding of the psychological and social processes that affect human behavior in working life, business and industrial environments. |
