Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to teach the basic concepts, theories, and practical strategies related to mental health and resilience, especially within preventive approaches that focus on well-being and stress coping mechanisms.
Course Objective: *To examine the concept of mental health from a multidimensional perspective,
*To explore biopsychosocial factors affecting psychological well-being,
*To recognize early signs of mental health difficulties and the role of preventive interventions,
*To understand practical strategies for enhancing resilience and self-care.
