| Course Objectives: | It is aimed to explain and analyze how the Caspian Sea littoral states (Russia, Iran, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan), global powers (USA, EU, China) and Turkey's policies in the Caspian Region determine energy production, supply and security in the Caspian Basin. |
