Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: Providing basic information on the concept of health promotion, raising awareness about healthy lifestyle behaviors, and health promotion programs.
Course Objective: Understanding the concept of health promotion.
Understanding the concept of empowerment in health promotion.
Identifying factors that promote healthy lifestyle behaviors in individuals.
Understanding the role of nurses in health promotion and its significance.
Understanding the importance of health education in health promotion.
Planning and implementing the process of health education.
Developing preventive and protective strategies against various health threats.
Understanding the processes of planning, implementing, and evaluating health promotion programs.
