Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: By learning deep, comprehensive and holistic breathing, they learn to adequately meet the energy needs of their cells and to use their emotional, intellectual, movement bodies and potentials at the highest level.
Conscious breathing allows you to create an inner path into yourself. Breathing is the most important activity to achieve physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Many people are not aware of their breathing at all. By learning to be aware of the breath, by learning to consciously watch the movement in one's own inner body, many new insights can be gained about the relationship between breath and inner and outer life.
Course Objective: Creating a healthy and long life, loving and being loved, peace and happiness, abundance and prosperity.
Managing stress, depression, insomnia, physical and mental detox, accelerating metabolism, balancing the digestive system thanks to breathing techniques. In addition, increasing physical and mental energy, strengthening the ability to focus, and increasing concentration.
And to have a healthy and beautiful physical body and a calm spiritual body by paying attention to activities such as balanced nutrition, sleep and sports.
