Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: It is aimed to provide people, especially those who will work in managerial positions in institutions, with knowledge and skills on how to approach any problem, how to establish communication, how to propose solutions to problems, and how to increase efficiency in institutions.
Course Objective: With this course, students will be able to develop different perspectives and realize the points that need to be considered in human relations.
