Purpose and content of the course

Course Objectives: To learn the definition of posture, the factors affecting posture and postural awareness, and methods to improve posture and postural awareness.
Course Objective: Students will be able to apply basic posture assessment and basic methods to improve posture and postural awareness.

4) What is ergonomics? Posture-ergonomics relationship. Ergonomic arrangements.
5) Treatment methods used in postural problems Exercises for postural problems
6) Relaxation exercises to increase postural awareness
7) What is scoliosis? Evaluation of scoliosis. Methods to be used in the treatment of scoliosis.
